Can you name the most unsafe places of Burnaby, British Columbia?

A few years ago there was a few swarming incidents close to Metrotown. It definately created concern. But recently there hasn't been anything in particular in the area to note. Metrotown probably has some issues.

BTW - I think the other guy that answered must be a cop or city employee! ha ha
