Can you name this animated kids short?

Question

Concerning the whimsical adventures of sentient furniture. Some kid has furniture, it talks, the kid grows up (not sure if it was a boy or girl) and the furniture is abandoned. In the end they run away to the woods or something.

My father swears I loved this story. I can't for the life of me remember it.

I used to watch that show too! I think it had a vacuum, and a blanket, and a toaster...if I recall correctly, they were closer to kitchen appliances, right? And then they ran outside in the nighttime (probably to the woods, as you said). It was called 'The Brave Little Toaster'... I remember another one too, but I can't remember its name (it had more kitchen appliances and bathroom items, though).
