This is a relatively easy question, here are some clues, name the player:

* Current Major Leaguer.

* Before he was in the Majors, he played in the Minor Leagues.

* Was a star in high school.

* When he comes to bat, the PA announcer says his name.

* He has a number on the back of his uniform.

* His name is on the BACK of his uniform, above his number.

* His team has 162 games scheduled this season.

* His image can be found on baseball cards.

* He takes his hat off during the National Anthem.

* He has high fived his teammates before.

* When he's on the field, he actually wheres a baseball cap.

* Every time he bats, his personal stats change.

* He does not own a unicorn.

Well, I've probably given you too many clues. Remember, grammar and spelling count, if you refuse to use the caps button you cannot win. First one with the correct answer wins.

  1. Bill Hall

  2. Well those clues negate a few players:

His name is on the BACK of his uniform, above his number - This takes every New York Yankee out of the equation.

His image can be found on baseball cards. - This negates Barry Bonds. The picture on his rookie baseball card is obviously not him, unless he has been exposed to radiation or something and his head has swollen to the size of a watermellon.

He takes his hat off during the National Anthem - Eliminates the whole Chicago cubs organization, they have all turned communist, hoping that will change their luck.

His team has 162 games scheduled this season - This eliminates everyone on the Nationals, have they even started playing this year?

He has high fived his teammates before - Eliminates Jim Abbott.  Terrible? I know, but check him off the list.

Before he was in the Majors, he played in the Minor Leagues. - Eliminates CHUCK NORRIS, WHO WENT FROM THE NEONATAL DEPARTMENT IN THE HOSPITAL STRAIGHT TO THE BIGS.

He does not own a unicorn. - This takes fairy Jim Edmonds and Mike Piazza out of the equation.  They ride their unicorn home after every game.

Every time he bats, his personal stats change. - This takes Scott Rolen, Chris Duncan and the whole Padres team out of possibilities.  Every time they bats, they get out, their average, home run count, rbi count and on base percentage remain at zero.

SO THAT LEAVES THE GREAT David Eckstein AS THE ONLY ONE LEFT.........YES I WIN!!!!
