1) Don't listen to whites

2) Learn and read educate yourself about who you really are(YOUR TRUE history)

3) Stop being selfish (ex. "i got mine, you can get yours" attitude)(blacks are the only ones like this when it comes to other blacks)

4) stop being Jealous of others for hard work

This mostly applies to BLACKS, cause they are the only race that has been oppressed for decades in USA(and many still are till this day)
