say i have some creatine and whey protein or w.e before my workout, would I notice any difference in my muscles after 1 workout?

  1. You will notice that your muscles look bigger right after the work out, but that's just swelling which usually goes down after a few hours or so.


  2. Yes you might see a little because your pumping blood into your muscles but you can see results in a  few weeks.

  3. The only immediate difference you'll see is that your muscles will naturally swell (even without taking any supplements). That swelling lasts up to a day (which is why a lot of guys work out before going to the beach & stuff, because it makes them "look bigger"). Taking protein, and other supplements will take a little bit of time to see REAL results.... I'd say (it all depends on your type of work out, length, & frequency), but you should start to see results within maybe a week or so, if you're really committed to the gym,... always remember... THERE'S NO QUICK FIX, OR SUBSTITUTION FOR EATING WELL, AND WORKING OUT!. =)

  4. Not after one workout. Not because of the creatine or whey protein.

    If you take a Nitrous Oxide supplement... you tend to notice the extra energy during your workout... to the point where you feel flat if you dont take them... that's why it's best not to start taking them!

    You should notice Creatine within a couple of weeks... whey protein.. you dont notice that at all.
