Can you only pay with credit card if u have a pay pal account?

is it possible 2 pay a different way like a money order with your pay pal account? the reason i ask is cuz i won something on ebay and my sister is paying and she doesnt really wanna use her credit card unless she has to

From what I know, there's 2 ways to verify/transfer funds to/from your paypal account:

A bank account or a credit card.

Transferring funds from a bank account to your paypal account takes quite a long time, several days...

a credit card would be much faster i would assume, but i can't personally say.
