  1. I will carry a dagger all the time in World of Warcraft, but I hide it when I go to school.

  2. as long as u dont get caught with it, it wouldnt be very smart to go around in the mall flashing that knife everywhere, better to have it in ur pocket or something like that....but i dont think u will get arrested...again dont get caught...and dont bring it to a place where they strictly prohibit knives, like school for instance....

  3. Why would you carry a dagger on your belt? Daggers are only good for stabbing people... I suppose you could have a kabob on the go though.

But there is no reason to carry a dagger, you might as well carry a pocket knife, they actually serve a purpose.

  4. I think it depends on your state, but something along the lines of under 2 inch blade stuck is ok, not sure about unstuck blades though.

  5. Openly as in plain sight is generally a bad idea as it will undoubtedly attract unwanted attention from police and civil servants. If you live in the continental United States you can look up your states knife laws through..

Other countries have different laws. Generally, most states allow knives with shorter blade lengths as long as they are manual knives (no switchblades, gravity blades). Large daggers, machetes, swords, etc are usually not a good idea.

As for minors, it depends on the state. Most large cities (including my New York) don't give minors the right to carry a bladed weapon.

    Good luck

  6. Sure, go right on into the airport.  They encourage them there!  Of course not, silly.  You will be arrested if you are seen with it.

  7. It would be rediculously dumb to carry a dagger, concealed or not, anywhere.  In TX, any knife over 5.5 inch blade or double edged, or automatic opening (this includes butterfly knives), is illegal to be carried.  Why would you carry a dagger?  What is the purpose of a dagger?  Not "utility" work.  STABBING!  Which is illegal under almost all circumstances.  If you want to carry a knife, get a single blade, tactical folder with about a 4", single edge blade. (Cold Steel Voyager, Spyderco Endura, CRKT, SOG, etc).  Carry it in your pocket.  Nobody should care.

It also depends on where you carry it and who you are.  If you are a suspicious looking wierdo, expect more scrutiny.  If you are in a school, it's illegal (weapon-free zone).  If you are in a bar, probably against their policies.  If you are an adult in Home Depot, it is the norm.  If you are a minor, it will be looked upon with more scrutiny than an adult.

Use your brain.  What would you think if you saw some minor walking around with a dagger strapped to his hip?  I'd think, "look, an moron, or someone up to no good."

  8. It depends on the state that you live in.  In Michigan, you cannot carry a knife that has a blade more than 3 inches long and you are not allowed to carry a double-edge bladed knife of any length unless you are using the knife for hunting.  I think you will find that minors are not allowed to have a knife in their possession in any state.

  9. I wouldn't carry a dagger.
