If they have a minimum order you must pay that amount plus delivery fee.....of course you can order whatever you want.

No, there is a minimum order. When I worked at Pizza Hut it was around $10

They don't deliver where I live so I wouldn't know. I'm sure if you pay the minimum they will, but it may be cheaper to have the local grocery deliver soda for you.
