You can order beer online and wine laws are generally more lax than beer laws so I would assume so although I do not know of any sites off the top of my head.

yes there are lots of wine online stores, i buy mine from laithwaites,  you get a catalogue  every now and then with offers, go on line and order wine arrives within a week
