  1. The shadow often represents the dark side of your nature, or guilt for sins you have committed.  The book PHANTASIES by George Macdonald, the main character has this shadow that ruins everything it touches.  It was only by dying and being resurrected that he could rid himself of the shadow.

Thank goodness, this is a symbolic death.  It is about asking God to cleanse you of guilt and selfishness and enable you to live in such a way that your selfish desires do not hurt everyone and everything you love.

Sometimes, we can outrun our own weaknesses for awhile, but eventually they catch up with us if we do not allow God to help us with them.

Pray for wisdom and self control.  Ask God to be your "life coach" in ALL THINGS.

    God bless you,

    Fairelight

  2. I think you need to pay more attention to yourself.  Your dream is very telling of how afraid, and unaware, you are of yourself.

  3. I heard death can be interpreted as a need for  change with something in your life, a need for a new beginning.

  4. or maybe it means.... be yourself. don't run from your true feelings.
