  1. you wont o.d. on it after 2 liters,

but anything in a huge dose will kill.

A man drank to much water as a dare  and died!

  2. what would be worrying me is the exessive thirst. The fact you need juice over water is a sign as well of diabeties. call your doctor

  3. No you might get a tummy ache thoug. I do when I drink too much.

  4. I dont think so, it is a lot of sugar...so maybe you can try to buy the 100% juice w/o added sugars to make it a little better for you (prego women are at risk for diabetes). I would think that as long as you are eating healthy, drinking too much juice isnt going to hurt anything.

Edit: It is very hard to OD on Vitamin C, that is a water soluble vitamin, which means that you just pee it out. If you have cravings for apple juice in the future, why not just water it down a little bit (like 3/4 cup juice and 1/4 cup water or half juice/half water) I dont think you are in danger of anything serious..

If you get extreme thirst, tell your Dr.

  5. Apple juice can act as a natural laxative. If you drink too much you could wind up with diarrhea.

  6. ANYTHING is toxic with the right dose

  7. maybe not for you but I can tell you a baby's diet can't just consist of apple juice.(thats one big craving)

  8. Too much water makes me nauseaus, too, so I know what you mean about that.

But too much juice will give you diahrrea, and that will cause you to become dehydtrated, making you thirstier, so you drink more juice... It would be a bad cycle.

Try something different for a while, like milk, or maybe ice tea.

ANYTHING can become bad for you if you go overboard with it.

  9. well my dr told me that juice can dehydrate you because of the sugar she told me not to drink too much, she said to drink lots of water instead. heres a link that talks about juice and pregnancy maybe this will help you

  10. haha no it will just make you sick to your stoumach haha

  11. Technically yes.

You can OD on anything (yep even water) but it depend on time and amount.

The "drink 8 glasses of water per day to stay healthy" thing works out at about 1.8 to 2 litres of water per day.  Given that apple juice is ultimately water and sugars two litres over the course of a day is unlike to cause any issues in the hydration area.

The sugar is more an issue especially on your teeth and if you have sugar levels (diabetes) issues

  12. anything can be toxic if in excess, even water.

  13. To much of a sugar rush to the kidneys. Apple juice kills a lot of  nutrients in the food you eat. Less for you less for the baby to be. Better to eat an apple.

  14. AHAHAHAHAHA!

    Yes, your a dead woman.

    HAH!

no jokes, but it can be deadly if you have enough of it you silly fish. :)

  15. too much of anything can make you sick because your body doesn't need that much of a certain vitamin, either that or your stomach isn't used to it. My boyfriend ate like 1lb of grapes one time and had diarrhea for like 2 days.

Why would you drink 2 liters of juice in the first place??
