Can you own a sport atv (quad) at the age of 12? please answer!?

I'm 12 and i want to buy a sport atv (quad) for off-road use only. Can i buy one or i need to be older. I live in Europe, Greece. Please answer and if possible recommend a model (not toooo fast!) Thank you!

I dont really know since i live in america and tried to find an answer but couldnt. Your best bet would be to find a dealer that sells quads (even if you dont want to buy a new one) and ask them about it. Bring your parents too as they might not take you seriously unless you have someone older with you. Good luck!
