Can you pick up where you left off in your dream bc I can if its within the same hr?

occasionally I can, however, I can't do it like I could when I was younger. I think I sleep a lot sounder now.

I can't, generally, but if there is something that my subconscious mind is trying to deal with, I will often have the same dream or a logical succession to it, though not necessarily picking up exactly where I left off and not always the exact same situation, just similarities strong enough for me to say, for example, "Oh, this is the nightmare about not having a good place to live."

I have done this but usually its with the most incredibly boring dreams.

If you want to manipulate your dreams, try willing yourself (while you are asleep) to move your dream hand. Its not easy

I'm able to repeat dreams over a period of nights, or even revisit the dream months later.  The dream varies from night to night but the plot remains essential the same.
