Can you place conditions (in writing) on a personal check?

For example, you write a check, on the back side you write your conditions (i.e. "By depositing this check, Depositee agrees to conditions X, Y and Z). And would it be legally binding?

NO, you would need a lawyer & CONTRACT,   Personal Checks are not contracts..........

Google restrictive endorsements depending on what it is for, it could be legally binding.

No, that doesn't work.

You CAN write on the memo line: Final Payment, Loan, etc...

Just by them cashing it means they agreed with the ststement on the check.
