Can you play a PlayStation 3 on a SD TV (tube tv)?

I am getting a PS3 and I am wondering if you can play a PS3 on a tube TV. Will it wreck your TV? Will it break your PS3? Will the PS3 get too hot??

Yes, you can absolutely use the PS3 on a Tube TV, your PS3 will actually come with standard A/V cables (red white and yellow) so you will have no trouble using your system on a standard tv.

Keep in mind, your PS3 cannot be affected by the type of television you have, it can only become damaged if you drop it, put it in an improper position or use it for extended periods of time (which will then cause it to overheat)
