  1. not legally.

  2. That's like asking, "Can I smoke weed, even though it is illegal?"

Of course you can.  People smoke weed all the time.

Similarly, I'm sure underage gambling takes place all over the world, every day.

Even the famous poker player Phil Ivey used to play poker illegally in Atlantic City under a false ID when he was under 21.

So yes, if you are under 18 you can play Blackjack.  If you are playing online it is even less likely that you will get caught.

But just consider where the money is coming from.  Most people under the age of 18 don't earn their own money.  So you are talking about using an allowance, stealing, or using a credit card (or similar) without permission.  None of it is good.  It's much better to wait until you are 18.

In a worst case scenario you get arrested for some aspect of what you did.  But in another scenario, you win a bunch of money, and they won't let you cash out until you prove you are over 18.  Oops.  You just lost, even though you won.

I'd spend the rest of your time until you are an adult learning to play poker.  At least that is a game of skill that is not played against the house.

  3. i don't see why not.but the  big  problem will be if you win.   you have to show proof of i.d.  that you are who u are and that would have to include a birthdate, picture, and current address.   if you can't show proof,  you forfeit the winnings

  4. dunno.

can you be able to get the money if you when the lottery if you aren't 18?

    nope!

  5. yeah, but you cannot cash out if your under 18
