Can you play sports with glasses??

i wanna try out for tennis, basketball, and track..

sure can. the rules do require a retainer at back of head. just keep it loose, if you tighten it , headache from  exertion. another freaky looking option, all eye glass places carry goggles that fit over glasses. not a pretty site.

As long as your glasses fit well. You should not have a prob.

You can also get the rubber hooks that you fit to the side of your glasses.

But note that sweat can be a problem as they causes glasses to be a little slippery. Also may cause they glasses to fall off or break if it gets hit by a ball.

Ensure that your glasses lens are made of plastic rather than glass.

If all sounds too troublesome, contact lens work best.

yes you can just get like ones with longer things that hook on the ears or get a strap and it all works out in the end

but yeahh at try-outs they wont tell you to take them off lol
