  1. Alternatively

V is proportional to I flowing in a circuit due to affect of V

Now we will need a propotionality constant to equate teh circuit

    That constant is R

    so V=IR

  2. Ohm's Law consists of three parameters : Voltage, Current and Resistance. Voltage between two points is the energy required for a unitly charged particle (i.e. the charge of electron as we take the reference to be) to travel from the first point to another. Current is the rate of flow of the quantitative charge. Resistance is a property of a material that actually refrains / tends to refrain the current through that material.

Now if the voltage between two points of a material is V, the current flowing through that material is I and the resistance of that material is R, then the relation between V, I and R is given by the Ohm's Law. It states that the current through a material is directly proportional to the voltage of the ends of that material. Therefore, the voltage will also be directly proportional to the current. The constant, which is required here to equalize V and I is the resistance R, which remains constant for a particular piece of material in a given temperature.

Generally, V = IR as a simple equation.

I hope you have your answer.
