It really depends on what your presentation is about.

Always consider your audience for an intro.  What would they appreciate as an ice breaker to your presentation?  If you're presenting music genre to a mixed audience, you might want to play a medley or mix of each genre you will cover.

If you're speaking on music history, pose the idea of a person from  several diff eras or generation standing before them and what they say about music today.

Or simply, pick out a song that you know has been translated into so many languages because of its beauty, and music being a universal language.
