My daughter got these little animals at the cinamark webster. They would look cute in soap.

You can put anything into it that will not melt a hard plastic works great and shells and things like lots of kid toyus work good too.

Little erasers come in all sorts of shapes and look nice embedded into soap.  I saw some Halloween ones on Amazon.com the other day.

Pretty beads look nice, and sea shells too.  Little plastic toys, for kids.  Plastic flowers.  Little glass flowers and animals and fruit shapes.  Just about anything small enough that won't melt when you pour the hot glycerin will work.

Check out some of the things they sell in gum machines.  Cute little animals, costume jewelry, all sorts of things.

I think embedding anything would interesting. How about sea shell prints? That would be beautiful! Or pearls, an outline of a dove, crystals, gems, flower prints, or maybe, if you want a strong scented soap, you can put mint in the soap recipe and embed some mint leaves in the soap.
