Can you please give tips on how to look prettier

Question

i want to look prettier for school i dont know what to do with my hair, i usually just wear masscara and eye liner with bronzer or foundation. i am pale with blue eyes and brown hair.

Well for starters i would cut my hair to shoulder length,

get some really nice side bangs,

and then as far as make-up goes i would

use powder foundation from neutegena (i have it and it works really great and it's for ppl with pale like skin. you can get it at any drug store too btw)

and i would use mascara with some black eyeliner either liquid or the pencil. And also experiment with some different eye shadows like blues since you have blue eyes you'll want to make them pop!

But also try some green eyelines because those also contrast well with blue eyes (ohhh purple too! lol)

Another thing you can do before school starts is make sure you have a "set style" such as are you preppy?

punk? goth? etc?

then go to some nice stores and pick out clothes that will really reflect your personality. Because clothes are a part of who you are so don't be afraid to have a little fun with color, etc.

you're a very cute girl as it is, which always makes things easier ;)

but i would definitely go for a thick side bang and some chunky layers throughout the hair without losing any length.  something like this:

also, i'd get some strawberry blonde highlights to make your blue eyes really pop.  just makes sure they blend nicely and don't look streaky.

for make up, i would definitely go a dark cream for your lid, with a warm brown in the crease.  always use black liquid liner across your lash line and MOST IMPORTANTLY use mascara!!  i swear by maybelline's lash stylist comb mascara.  it's seriously the best stuff out there.
