My dad starts work early in the mornings around 3AM, he goes to bed around 7PM.

We try our best to be quiet every weekday for him, but he storms out everynight complaining that he doesn't get any sleep.

I'm in my bedroom on the keyboard and he says its too loud so I try and hit it as quiet as I can. When I go to the bathroom which is around 2 or 3 times a night after 7PM my door is so loud and wont shut properly, so it always results in madness no matter how quiet I be.

I am really upset and get depressed every tme hes in a mood with me, I try to be as quiet as I can and even stop going on the computer as much as I used to.

My mom and sisters and brothers make so much noise as well but its always me that seems to get the blame because my bedroom is right next-door.

I can think of anything else to do, and it hurts me so much that he cant get a decent nights sleep.

  1. Try moving your computer to a wall away from the adjoining one. Get a quieter keyboard, they do sell them. Brainstorm with your family about fixing your door so it won't be load. And a trick I always did when I had to sleep early - wear earplugs, it gave me the best sleep I ever had.

    Good luck.

  2. talk to him and tell him how you feel when he gets mad and how you try to be quiet ask him if he can figure out a way to work it out-good luck

  3. Tell him how you feel.

    My dad is the same.

When he acts like that I scream '' SOOORRRRRRRRRRRYYYYYY!!!!""

And then he shuts up .:)

    lol works like a charm,

but you should tell him that he is making you feel like that.
