Can you please help me choose a plan?

I can only spend 25 bucks max on the plan. I want a plan that gives you lots of text messaging and some calling. I would probably text the most as i'm a 13 year old. Can you please help me? Thanks.

i would say verizon is the best

when you offen a new contract with them you get $100 off the phone you buy

you get get as much minutes you want and also if you want 250 txt its $5

and 500 txt its $10

(a month) just for txting
