Can you please help me find an inexpensive voltage converter that will work with outlets in australia?

I thought i had found a good adapter for my devices, but another answers user brought it to my attention that it probably only allows you to plug in your device in australia, not convert the electricity from 220-240V (aus) to 110-120V (u.s.). Now i need help finding an adapter that will do both. i'm just not sure exactly what to search for. A link would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Be sure the convertor can handle the wattage of the appliance you want to use!
