Can you please help me to make a formal letter to the italian embassy asking them to release my visa.?

my husband is leaving on july 23 back to rome...n am still waiting for my visa..the agency who handled my papers told me that they re still waiting for the embassy to reply..so help me make a letter so that i can e mail it to the embassy..tenk u

The agency will do it for you.

Just to let you know, when my grandfather died, we made sure that the Italian embassy in London were made aware of his death.  That was 14 years ago.  We are still receiving cards allowing him to vote.  Italians are NOT known for their punctuality.

if you had an agency do the processing of a visa for you? then there is nothing you can do but wait, obviously the agency has not received an answer on your visa......
