Can you please help me with my acne?

Question

I have really bad zits. I wash my face every day, with antibacterial soap, and i do it with warm water. I don't have enough money to go buy those fancy products so i just don't. Any advice? Am I doing anything wrong? Am I doing anything right? Please answer with your opinion and answer please. Thanks!

I had really bad acne, and I will tell you all those "don't eat sugar" or "wash more often" or any of those are complete c**p. I tried them all, trust me. About the only way to get rid of acne that is bad (not here or there, but all over your face) is to go to a dermatologist. Mine actually ended up having to put me on Acutane, which worked absolutely amazingly.

If you don't have the money, or insurance, to cover that, the best you can do is to use an oil free face cleanser (there are some fairly inexpensive ones) and do NOT clean your face multiple times a day. This can aggravate it.  But it's not going to get rid of it, sadly.

well if you really cant afford some facewash

i would at leats go get some different soap

i really like dove

it takes make up off really well also

you should wash your face with that at night

and then in the mornings i just kinda rinse my face

first with warm water

and then splash it a little with cold

(just to jelp wake it up)

but i would really suggest some face wash

they have some that come in kits

for $20 or so

that come with face wash, toner, moisturizer,

and a lot of times even some spot treatment

i personally like

clean and clear ultra

but dont scrub your face too much

by doing that

it causes your face to dry out

which then makes your body produce MORE oil

trying to fix it

you can also make some face treatments at home,

but a lot of that depends on your skin

just search homemade facials online

and you cna find quite a few

but,

thats all i can really think of
