  1. Personally I don't like any Revlon products.  However since you are experiencing this problem, l'Oreal makes a pre-shadow products that helps the makeup adhere better and stay put better.  Using moisturizer will only make the eyelid greasier and then you'll have those weird streaks.

  2. After you put the brush in the eye shadow

Tap the brush so the extra comes off and dosnt go on your lashes

  3. Make sure you prep your eyelids BEFORE applying eyeshadow. Any eyelid primer (Urban Decay has a really good one) is the best, but if you're short on cash, buy a cheap white eyeliner pencil and shade your whole eyelid with it. This will help the eyeshadow to stick and keep it from creasing and such. ALWAYS remember to tap your brush before applying to ensure that the loose pigments fall off and don't get in your lashes or on top of your cheeks.

  4. I bought that too. I just dab it on the eyes first before blending it. I mixed it with a liquid transformer before but it didn't work really well with this. I try not to get too much on that little brush it comes with and just do it a bit at a time.

  5. apply a moisturizer to your eyelids, so the eye shadow can kind of stick.

  6. check these websites for some tips
