Can you please help me with this question, how do we write decimals in words and in figure?

i need answers as soon as possible I'm in grade 5 so i need answers ill show this tommorow to my teacher pls just tell me the answers!!!

say fig 10.5   is written in words as ten point5

           10.05 as ten point 05 and so on

            29.88 as 20 point eighty eight

a compound figure say eleven integer 7/8

write integers

put a . after it

convert fraction into  7/8=.875

write this after point like 11.875

a decimal in word is likewhen you say it's 10.5 inches. So, in figure it's how I just put it, and in words it's ten point five. I guess. But then, I'm English and maybe didn't understand the question properly.

for  example 3.14

you write it as: three and fourteen hundredths

the point is the and.

for example 3.145

three and one hundred forty-five thousandths.
