i am a british citizen and i want my parent to come and stay with me for some time and need an invitaion letter to the british embassy to invite them .

If you are a British Citizen why do you need a letter asking for pemission for your parents to visit? You don't say where they are from, but it's a strange question and I can't see anyone writing the letter for you, they would get into trouble if it was found to be fraudulent.
