Well I live in Ontario, the more away from the bigger cities the better as per how easy the test will be and even length..most far away towns and cities mainly have 2 way streets so there won't be any 3 point turns happening nor much of much else..lol

Try any small town and dont forget to bribe the tester  with a coffee from Tim Hortons.
