This poem makes a very powerful statement. It is an insightful perpsective about a very serious problem.  I don't think it needs to be longer, unless you want to expound on the fact of death as a result of the anorexia. It seems as though it is written from the heart about someone you know.  That just makes it all the more poignant.  Thank you.
