Can you please suggest some fast & healthy breakfast's?

hi well i go to school and leave at 7 AM for it so i dont usually have a lot of time to spend on making breakfast. well i just need more breakfast ideas because im getting sick of the ones i keep eating. please on suggest one that are fast to make and are mostly healthy and GOOD.

the breakfasts i usually eat are bagels, cereal, oatmeal, or waffles....so suggest anything else healthy and fast besides those plz =] (fast as in around 5 mins)

  1. How about some good quality olive oil (not refined c**p, olive oil should be green) to dip some turkish bread in, a yogurt and a piece of fruit to eat on the way out.


  2. Granola bars

    Carnation Instant Breakfast

    Pigs in the blankets

    Bagels with cream cheese

    French toast

    Yogurt

    Biscuits-n-gravy

    Egg-n-sausage biscuit

    Peanut butter-n-toast

    Etc.

    Or you can cook breakfast the night before and zap it in the microwave

    the next morning and you're out the door in 5 minutes.

  3. Lo fat yogurt with a teaspoon of Grape Nuts.

    An apple and a stringcheese stick.

    Sliced Turkey on whole wheat.

    Hormel microwave meal cups.

  4. Eat some fruit. Bananas are generally quick, but you'll need to eat something else, too. I'm going to be waking up at 5:30 so I can leave at 6:30 to get to school by 7:30 by walking just under 2 miles to get there. Here's something. Stop spending so much time in the bathroom each morning and you can eat some more. I'm a girl and I know how bathrooms can be. I don't wear makeup and I'm just fine. If you can shower the night before, it helps save time so you don't rush. :D

  6. I know how it is i have to leave at about 650 so i make sure that i'm down stairs at 640 for breakfast so i can eat and like do my makeup  but if i'm running a little late i pop some wheat bread in the toaster and spread some jelly and run out the door it's semi healthy :)
