Can you please tell me, when someone hangs upside down and blood travels to the head, will that kill them?

and after how long will it take to kill him if he/she decides to stay upside down for a long time.

i just read that david blaine will be hanging upside down for three whole days and two nights for his next stunt.

if he or she will not die then what will happen then?

Some indian fakirs have done this for years, and except for a few who suffer from disorientation afterwards,, it causes no harm, but if you are elderly and in the area of life where strokes are possible ( these happen at all ages but only if there is weakness inherent in the first place), but are increasingly likely with age, the risk is minimal....yoga devotees actually practise this as a technique for bad posture amendment, and many are still using it into their eighties, yet have lower levels of strokes, than the average, for their age groups ! it is most unlikely to kill any one unless they are already at risk from this, to start with !!!
