Can you please tell me what you think of my idea?

Question

I have decided to start my own Vending Service. My plan is to sell socks (1 sock at a time) out of a vending machine at Coin Laundromats all over the U.S. The cost for the sock would be reasonable, like maybe 75¢ or something. Anyway, do you think it will work?

I know this doesn't have very much to do with Valentine's Day, but Yahoo thought it did, and so here we are.

I do believe it is a fair idea. OK, I really think it's a bad idea..but  I think you're great and want to support you.

In fact, I will support your idea by donating a **** load of unmatched socks that I have because I'm sure somewhere out there someone else has a lonely sock just begging for companionship.

75 cents for a sock is a little steep.  Actually, it's a lot steep.  Try 25 cents and maybe I'll buy three or five from your machine.  Oh, and as an interesting side note, sock were invented in Ireland on Valentine's Day.  Yahoo knew that, which is why they suggested this category.  They're smarter than you give them credit for.

Yahoo knows that guys like me would sniff the socks if they were gently worn by women with nice feet and that guys like me are always alone on Valentines Day with nothing to sniff but the bag of candy hearts we bought to chase our Vodka with.

Try selling pantyhose that are guaranteed to have been worn by one of the three surviving Golden Girls and you'll really be raking in the quarters.

Questions like this one make me sad that I was born with no feet. I'm going to drink a 50fl oz bottle of Ultra Gain with Bleach and try to forget about the pain.

I think it's a great idea but you would have to figure out away to keep the sock monsters from the dryer from infiltrating your vending machine.
