Can you please tell me why i have this bad breath all the time?

I have been feeling ill. I have no appetite and i wake up in the nite with heart burn. Also when i eat i feel that food is getting stuck right at the top of the feeding tube and then when i swollow i actually feel im choking. I have what feels like sticky phlegm at the top of my throat and its too hard to cough and when i wake up i have white gunk on the roof of my mouth and real real bad breath like amonia or something

Could the white stuff be puss? I once had an abcess on the top of my throat and it made me really ill and I had really bad breath, go to the doctor or somthing.

I don't think this is a dental problem - more digestive/stomach.

I would suggest you make an appointment with the doctor.
