Can you practice of trumps driving range in southern california without paying for the green fee?

I live across the road from Trump's PV course. The practice range is reasonable and accessible without green fees. Sometimes if you look across you will see "the Donald" on his private practice tee.

Most public golf courses allow you to practice on their range without playing a round. This is not the case on private courses though. I do not know that course so I can't answer you specifically. Just call them up and ask. They won't mind.
