  1. Supportive bras are the only answer unless you want a breast lift.

  2. If you have the right fit as far as bra goes, you should be alright. Make sure you're properly fitted. Also, underwires, though they suck, help a lot. And a little padding will help, regardless of your size (what bra companies don't realize is that flat chested people aren't the only ones that need padding).

  3. First let me say that the 'sagging' young ladies often mention is just normal breast growth and them 'out-growing' their normal bra's. Go somewhere that will *SIZE YOU* for a bra and knows what they're doing. It make cost $100's, or you may just have to buy a few of their bras, but it's *WELL WORTH IT*. It's often not that important for ladies with A or B's but once you get into larger b*****s sizing and design almost *ENTIRELY* determines how comfortable you will be and in the long term how much back damage/pain you will have from an incorrectly sized or designed bra

*PLEASE* LADIES YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT

*DO NOT WEAR A BRA TO BED* in fact try and avoid them as much as possible ...

Please remember these stat's from a very credible study (and one the bra makers *FREAKIN* HATE! )

    * Women who wore their bras 24 hours per day had a 3 out of 4 chance of developing breast cancer (in their study, n=2056 for the cancer group and n=2674 for the standard group).

    * Women who wore bras more than 12 hour per day but not to bed had a 1 out of 7 risk.

    * Women who wore their bras less than 12 hours per day had a 1 out of 152 risk.

    * Women who wore bras rarely or never had a 1 out of 168 chance of getting breast cancer. The overall difference between 24 hour wearing and not at all was a 125-fold difference.

There seems to be research with indicates that 'sagging' is just a normal part of female development, excluding when nursing, and some studies have even indicated that bra's *CAN INCREASE* the 'sagging'

*PLEASE* I love you *ALL* so much (woman) your definitely the 'fairer' and 'better s*x' (how can I compete with child bearing ... HUH ????)

*THAT BEING SAID* please look up *PROPER* bra sizing and proper bra design. Many ladies have a terrible time with their bra's and back pain. Remember the under wire should carry most of the weight of your, wonderful :), b*****s and the straps *should not*

Sorry ... I guess it's prolly a 'all girls' topic .. but .... I thought the cancer thing was important enough to pipe up ......

  4. wear a bra at night as long as in the day. one with and under-wire is best.

  5. I'm 19 and have been like that since I was 16. Get a push up bra, with an under wire, and not one that's really thin, one that will support you. And spend a little money. don't just go to Wal-Mart, try Aerie (branch of American Eagle) or Frederick's, Victoria's Secret, or a place that specializes in just bras.

  6. wear a bra that fits and holds you correctly, your b*****s might still be growing or you might be getting a little bit chubby.

  7. Age and gravity eventually get you, but at 17 a good supporting bra.

Not one off the discount rack at inexpensive stores.Go to Victoria Secret, Bali, Maidenform.Watch the jogging and going without a bra, you always have to have some support.

    Good luck and thanks

  8. it helps a little if you wear bras when you sleep..it's uncomfortable but it does help

  9. Wear tight bars, cami bras.

My mom made me wear tight cami bras since i was 13, and im having good srong b*****s.

But im not sure when your 17.

Something that holds the breast tight. Especially cami-bra.

  10. idk but it happens to me too sometimes don't worry. I just tighten my bra straps.

  11. Its called breast exercise. You put both hand together over your head and you press your hands together this will tighten your breast.

  12. Go and get professionaly fitted for a bra.

A lot of "sagging" issues are related to diet.  Make sure you are eating a balanced, high protein diet.  I would also suggest doing some strength training....specifically bench chest presses and flys.
