  1. Only in self defense!! Just don;t do it on insticts u can relly get into trouble. If your gonna use it, i advise u let them make the first move so it can legally be self defense. Also, be sure to have reason why the knife was on you.

  3. no you cannot pull a knife out on anyone, I'm pretty sure it is illegal to carry a threatening weapon but also it seems that whenever someone is a victim and has reacted in an aggressive way it usually they who are prosecuted and not the person who has threatened them! there really is no sound reason as to why you should be carrying a knife!

    Self defense only allows you to equal the threat. That means you can only use a knife when you have an imminent fear for your life.

    Self defense is also an "affirmative defense". That means it is up to you to prove you had the right to use it. Therefore, if your fear is not reasonable, you can not claim self defense.
