No, but you can purchase the patch. I smoked for 34 years, 2-3 packs a day, (UGH), and I quit after using the patch for just 2 weeks. It's been over two years since I smoked and I have NO desire whatsoever to smoke again. You have to really be ready to quit though. It sometimes takes a few attempts before you kick the habit.
