Pure Quinine, I doubt it (without a prescription)... but there are some homeopathic products that help with cramping that have Quinine in them, and you can get those OTC. The one I've seen with the most Quinine is called "Leg Cramps with Quinine" and it's under the Hylands brand. If you can't find it in your area, you can probably find a couple legit mail-order companies that sell it, too. Good luck!
