Can you put a belt in the washer?

My belt isn't like leather, it's something else soft not hard. Maybe cotton. idk.

Well my cat stuck it in the litter box and I want to somehow wash it..

just use some laundry detergent and wash it by hand in the bathroom sink.

if its not leather and is cotten then ya but if it has metle then no just wash it by hand and dry it carfuly cuz u dont want it to rust

Put it in a washable mesh bag and wash it in the normal cycle

Don't do it. I have and it messes up the belt no matter what it's made off. Hand wash it; use the rough side of a sponge.

The metal might start to discolor so NO!!!
