  1. I'm sure you can. Talk to your local post office, the branch where your box is located.


  2. Yes, you have to go to the post office which holds your box & fill out a form which asks the length of time you want your mail to be held and sign you name.  You probably will need a picture, Id, too.

    Q:  I have a Post Office Box; can I put my mail on hold?

    A:  Hold Mail requests are not necessary for P.O. Box customers. The mail is allowed to accumulate up to 30 days.
