I am a volunteer firefighter and I just bought a 2005 Dodge Dakota. I have an overhead light on it, but I also have a set of wig wags laying around from a 99 dodge ram 1500 I had years ago. wondering if they will work

  1. they,ll work if you got the main control unit and the small controllers for it,mounting it wont be a problem, wiring it will take some time though,i gave a set of those away about a month ago,if you wire them to the bright side of the bulbs in the front their more noticeable, good luck.

  2. You can put them on anything... You might of purchased them vehicle specific. But, If you can find a location to put them they will work...

I used all strobes... Just bulbs and relays. Ran them everywhere. Had them in the headlights turn signals tail lights back up lights... I was even trying to figure out how to put them in the license plate bulb holders...

  3. If you have the wig-wag relay/controller unit, there shouldn't be any reason for it to not work.

You will just need to seperate the left and right headlight circuit (if it isn't already) then install the control unit to the existing headlight circuit. Your choice if you want it to flash your low beam or high beam (I would go with the high beam).
