Can you put a six inch lift on top of a three inch leveling kit to make a nine inch lift

No, you'll be removing the levelling kit to install the lift kit. 6 inches is plenty enough lift for a half ton truck, you'll easily spin a 35" tire. Anything bigger and you're asking for trouble. It'll look good, ride good and still handle decently, without breaking everything.

Yes if the pieces actually fit together. Or just by a 9 inch lift kit to sure. and sell the 3 inch leveling kit.
