Unfortunately, Zune has not released a firmware update allowing you to load ebooks (in .PDF format) onto your player. You can, however download a program called jpegbook. Once you have the program downloaded and installed, hit CTRL + O to load your document. The document needs to be a text file. Then, change the output settings to 320 x 240. Now change the output of the file to a folder on your PC that is monitored by the Zune software.
