  1. Ok, first of all to the lady who says you can never cook frozen stuff in the crock pot, thats a bunch of bs. I cook ALOT with my crockpot, & yes, I use frozen meat all the time in it too!

I make a reciepe called "Mushroom steak"

You take about 1-2 pounds of round steak, (I always have the meat frozen), & you put about 3 small cans of cream of mushroom soup on it. Cook on low overnight. All yo uadd is salt & pepper. But, I never add salt, because I always use the genric soup, which already has alot of salt in it to begin with!

Now, if the meat isnt frozen thats fine too, but just add about 1 inch of water in the bottom of crockpot.

I will warn you if you try this out, it looks like c**p, but isso good. I always make it with mashed potatoes, & veggys. I sometimes if I have them make biscuts too.

  2. Sure...if you want to wait a week before eating. Just thaw the stuff.

  3. You can...it's just frozen food takes longer too cook and since the crockpot is such a low setting it takes so much longer to cook

  4. I put a frozen roast in my all the time. It doesn't take long to cook it. The normal time for a crockpot. It will not hurt anything!!!!

  5. The best part about crockpots is that you can put almost anything in it and it will turn out amazing. It might take longer, but it will still be good

  6. I  would  never  put  frozen  food  in  my  crock  pot,  maybe  in  the  oven,  but  not  the  crock  pot.  Any  food  that  goes  into  the  c/p  needs  to  be  at  room  temperature  to  be  evenly  cooked.
