  1.   I have had contacts for quite sometime now and I shower with mine in.  I leave them on all day....  I hear that water can sometimes draw the dryness from the contacts and they lose moisturizer, but as long as you have your eyes closed while you are washing your face, it will be fine... If they get a lil dry, which is rare in my case, I just add a drop of Simalison: Allergy Relief it is back to normal.  I even swim with them on occasion.  As long as you know what your doing and have solution on hand, it should be fine.

  2. yes sure you can switch multiple times and you will have to clean it thoroughly to be on the safe side

  3. well, when you take a shower I would suggest putting them in the case again with fresh solution. when you're done showering, just put them back in.

I don't see a problem with putting contacts in and out multiple times a day.

    hope i helped. :)

  4. Yes, you can take them out/put them in multiple times a day.  Yes, you should rinse and rub them each time and use new solution in the case each time as well.  Whenever you take them out of the case, dump out the solution, rinse the case with new solution, and then let it air dry.  NEVER use water to rinse out your case or your lenses.  Get a new case every three months.  Hope you enjoy them!
