    try using Ventones

    its what i use to make my  ringtones!

    its really easy!and FREE


  2. Yes but not without a third-party application. You can search for a program called Ringo ringtone manager. I have used it on my 650 and 700. Works great. There are other programs but this one has worked for me just fine.
