  3. I wouldn't chance it.  I wash my cross trainers all the time, and then just let them air dry.  I read the description of the simple shoes and I would be worried about the 100% cotton and paper shrinking or messing up.  The shoes would probably not fit the same way.

    Try sprinkling baking soda in them and then letting them sit in the sun.  I have also heard newspaper helps remove odors ( if that is the problem).

  4. Yes. Dryer is noisy and it's best to air dry with the tongues and insteps pulled out.  Washing too much can shrink them too.

  5. Yes aslong as they are not suede. sneakers & flip flops watershoes ok.
