Can you put smirnoff ice in a water bottle? Or will it go bad?

It won't  'go bad,'  but depending on the composition of your water bottle, the vodka could pick up some off-flavors from the plastic.  I haven't loaded a water bottle with vodka, but I have done it with tequila, and it tasted bad after a week or so.

Sure ,trying to sneak it in somewhere?...lol. as for going bad..it will go flat after a while...so, drink it up..

Its a carbonated drink. It should be just like putting soda into a water bottle. After a while, it will go flat and not really be good anymore.
